Who we are
This policy describes the Aukark website at aukark.com. It covers the enquiries, questionnaires and job applications people send us, and the analytics on the public site.

What you send us
The contact form, the website development questionnaire and the job application form collect the details you type, such as your name, email, phone number, company and the message or brief. Those submissions are stored in Firebase (Firestore). We use them to reply, prepare a proposal, or consider an application.
Email notifications
When a form is submitted, the site can send an email notification through the server script at /api/lead-notify.php using SMTP. That email goes to Aukark so we can respond. It is not a mailing list.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-D9SFQFYN6E. It records page views, UTM campaign parameters on the visit, and click events such as calls to action. Analytics loads after you interact with the page or a short delay, so it is not part of the first paint. Google processes that data under its own terms.
Cookies and local storage
Analytics may set cookies. The site also uses localStorage for things you start on the device, such as a questionnaire draft and a cached copy of public site settings. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser.
Google Maps
Office pages can embed Google Maps. Loading a map contacts Google. The map is not required to read the address or phone number, which are also written on the page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application records for as long as we need them to respond, deliver a project, or meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent by emailing info@aukark.com.
