BUILD•Mobile App Development

Cross-platform and native mobile applications engineered for engagement and scale.

Overview

We build mobile apps for Android and iOS from Gurugram. Native Android work uses Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Native iOS work uses Swift. Cross-platform work uses Flutter when one codebase should ship to both stores. Offline behaviour is included when the project needs it.

Challenges We Solve

Fragmentation Across Devices

Apps that behave inconsistently across diverse screen sizes, operating systems, and device specifications.

Slow Performance & Crashes

Unoptimized memory usage causing frame drops, slow launches, and negative App Store ratings.

Complex Cloud Synchronization

Difficulty maintaining offline state and seamless real-time syncing with backend microservices.

Our Approach

We build mobile applications with attention to stability, battery use, and the gestures people expect on a phone. The stack is Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin, with automated tests and a deployment pipeline.

Cross-Platform & Native Architecture

High-performance applications built using Flutter, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin for optimal speed and code reuse.

Offline-First Sync & Local Storage

Seamless background data caching, conflict-free sync, and SQLite / Realm database architectures.

Biometric Auth & Payment Gateways

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Face ID / Fingerprint authentication, and in-app purchase integrations.

Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

Android work at Aukark is native when the product depends on the device. The language is Kotlin. The interface is Jetpack Compose, with Material patterns where they match the product and custom components where they do not. Play Store listing, signing, privacy declarations, and the review notes are part of the same project, not a later surprise. Device fragmentation is the practical problem: a phone from a few years ago, a tablet, and a current flagship do not share a screen or a memory budget. The first version names the devices it must run on. Everything else is tested, not assumed.

A simple single-platform Android app sits in the published band of ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000. That band is for a smaller first version: a clear job, a limited set of screens, and no pretence that accounts, payments, and an admin panel are free extras. If the brief adds those, the quote moves. Offline behaviour is included when the job needs it, for example a field team that loses signal between Sector 25 and a site visit. The app then has to say what was saved on the phone and what still has to reach the server.

Native Android is the right call when the product uses hardware, background work, or a Play-only audience. Aukark was founded on 14 November 2020 and the team is 15 people. Headquarters is DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, on +91 94522 09150. The second office is on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, on +91 78359 61012. A first meeting can be at either office or on a call.

iOS apps, TestFlight, and the App Store

iOS work uses Swift. The first build goes to TestFlight so the people who will actually use the app can try it before App Store review. Review is a real step: privacy nutrition labels, permission prompts that match the feature, screenshots, and an account the reviewer can sign into if the app has accounts. Aukark prepares that packet with the build. A rejected binary comes back with a reason, and the next build answers that reason.

Choose iOS alone when the first customers are on iPhone and a second codebase would only delay the lesson you need to learn. The same published band, ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000, covers a simple single-platform app. Gestures, type size, and the home-indicator safe area are designed, not stretched from an Android layout. If the product later needs Android, that is a second decision: another native app, or a move to Flutter for the shared screens.

The project plan includes store review and room for one resubmission, because Apple and Google review on their own queues. Certificates and the developer account stay in your name, so the app is yours after handover.

Flutter when one codebase should ship to both stores

Flutter is the cross-platform path. One codebase, Dart, and a build for both stores. The published band for that shape of work is ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000. It fits a business app whose screens are forms, lists, detail pages, and a small amount of device capability. It is a poor fit when the product is mostly a hardware integration, a custom camera pipeline, or a Bluetooth peripheral that already has a native SDK the team must stay inside. In those cases the native app is the honest recommendation, even if it costs a second interface later.

An existing native app does not have to be thrown away to start using Flutter. A Flutter module can sit inside the current iOS or Android app, and one flow can move at a time. That is the practical answer to a migration: pick a flow that is stable, rebuild it, ship it beside the old screens, and only then decide whether the rest follows. A full rewrite on day one is a different project and a different quote.

React Native remains an option when a team already has it in production. The proposal names the framework, the stores in the first release, and the screens that wait for a later version, so the first build has a clear finish line.

Accounts, payments, and the admin panel

The third published band is ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000. That is an app whose first version includes accounts, payments, and an admin panel. Accounts mean sign-in, a password or one-time code, and a way to recover access. Payments mean the customer pays inside the flow you designed, while the card or UPI details stay with the payment provider rather than in the app's own database. The admin panel is the screen your staff use to see an order, a booking, or a user without opening the phone.

Tell us which of the three you want in version one. A catalogue that calls the phone sits in a smaller band than a catalogue that takes payment. Live inventory, extra roles, or a second language move the figure. A written proposal replaces the band once the screen list exists.

Websites start from ₹15,000. When you need a public site and an app, both are scoped, and the site can launch first. The app follows for the signed-in job or the notification the site cannot carry.

What a Gurugram brief should include

Bring the job. Who opens the app, what they must finish, and what the staff must see afterwards. A salon booking, a tour enquiry, and a florist's order are different jobs. Published case studies you can read are Ganga Tourist, Arte Salon, and Aurafloral, collected on the work page. They show the website work behind those businesses. Your app is scoped from the job you describe.

The longer Gurugram write-up, including how the two offices take a brief, is the App Development Company in Gurgaon page. Use this service page for the build itself: Android, iOS, Flutter, store submission, and the three price bands. Use that page when you are comparing studios in Gurgaon and want the same facts in one place.

You receive a build that matches the agreed screens, runs on the agreed devices, and is ready to submit. After launch, each change is a named slice: the screen, the role, and what done means, so the original quote stays intact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should we build cross-platform or native?

Flutter or React Native is often enough for a business app. We recommend native iOS or Android when low-level hardware or Bluetooth peripherals are central to the product.

Do you assist with publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store?

Yes, we handle the entire submission, certificates, privacy declarations, and review process from start to finish.

Can we migrate an existing native app to Flutter?

Yes. Flutter can embed a module inside an existing iOS or Android app, so the move can happen screen by screen instead of as a full rewrite on the first day.
