DESIGN•UI/UX Design

Intuitive, high-converting digital interfaces engineered for users.

Overview

Great software is useless if people don't know how to use it. Our UI/UX design process bridges the gap between complex technical capabilities and seamless human interaction. Product discovery, complex workflows, and design systems are part of this service. We craft interfaces that look premium, reduce cognitive load, and drive clearer next steps for the person using the product.

Challenges We Solve

High User Drop-off

Users abandoning your application or checkout flow due to confusing navigation or friction.

Inconsistent Branding

A fragmented visual identity across your digital products that damages brand trust.

Feature Bloat

Complex products that overwhelm users because they lack clear visual hierarchy and prioritization.

Our Approach

We believe design is fundamentally about problem-solving, not just aesthetics. Our approach marries qualitative user research with quantitative data analysis. We design systems—not just screens—ensuring long-term scalability and absolute consistency across your entire product ecosystem.

User Research & Persona Development

Deep-dive qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to understand exact user pain points and motivations.

Wireframing & Prototyping

Rapid, low-fidelity structural planning followed by interactive, high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder validation.

Design Systems

Comprehensive, reusable component libraries that serve as a single source of truth for your engineering and design teams.

Product discovery before the screens

Product design at Aukark is the work that used to have its own URL and now lives here. It starts before a visual style. The questions are: which job is the product for, who fails at that job today, and which workflow must work in the first release. A jobs-to-be-done note is a paragraph, not a workshop souvenir. It names the situation, the struggle, and the outcome the person would call success.

Feature lists from a competitor are not a roadmap. They are a pile. The first release keeps the path that proves the job can be finished. Settings, extra roles, and a second platform wait. That cut is the product decision. Interface polish does not rescue a product that asks the person to do three jobs at once.

Discovery can be a working session at DLF Phase 2 or Golf Course Road, with the current product or the spreadsheet open. Aukark was founded on 14 November 2020 and the team is 15 people. Headquarters is DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, on +91 94522 09150. The second office is on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, on +91 78359 61012. A first meeting can be at either office or on a call.

Workflows that are dense on purpose

Some products are dense because the work is dense: permissions, a queue, a dashboard, a record with a long history. The design task is to make the everyday path obvious and to put the rare path where it can be found without sitting on top of the everyday one. A permissions model is drawn before the screens, so a person is not shown a button that will only error.

Prototypes in Figma are how that path is tested. A clickable flow, tried by someone who does the job, reveals a missing status faster than a presentation does. The notes from that session become changes to the flow, not a quote about 'delight'. If the domain expert cannot finish the task, the flow is wrong.

Empty states, errors, and the moment a list is long are part of the design. A screen that only looks right with three sample rows is not finished. The same is true of a form that has no idea what to say when the network fails.

Design systems and the handoff

A design system is the set of components, type, spacing, and states that engineering can reuse. It earns its place when more than one person will design or build the next screen. A five-page marketing site often needs a small kit, not a documented platform. An app or a portal that will grow needs the tokens and the states written down: default, hover, disabled, error, loading.

Handoff is the file plus a conversation. Spacing that only exists as a screenshot will be guessed. Components that have no empty state will be invented in code. Aukark's designers and engineers can build the same product. When the client has an internal engineering team, the handoff is Figma with the states named, and a short call so the names match the code.

The old product-design address now redirects to this page, because keeping two URLs for one practice split the explanation. If you book design, you get both the interface and the product decisions. You do not have to choose a second service to be allowed to talk about the workflow.

What this is not

You leave with a flow a person can finish, a visual system the build can follow, and a record of what the first release includes. Once the product is in use, conversion work measures a named step and ships the next change.

Published studies on the work page — Ganga Tourist, Arte Salon, and Aurafloral — are website projects. They are not presented here as product-design case studies, and their figures are not repeated.

Build paths after the design are web apps, mobile apps, and ordinary websites from ₹15,000. The app overview for Gurgaon is App Development Company in Gurgaon. Design-only work is still available when you already have engineers. The proposal says which of those you are buying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only do design, or can you build it too?

We are an end-to-end studio. Our designers work side-by-side with our engineering team, ensuring what we design is perfectly translated into the final coded product.

What is a Design System and why do I need one?

A design system is a comprehensive library of reusable components (buttons, typography, spacing rules). It ensures visual consistency across your product and drastically speeds up future development.

How do you test your designs?

We use interactive Figma prototypes to conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing with your actual target demographic before writing a single line of code.

How does product design differ from UI/UX design?

Interface design covers screens, hierarchy, and whether a person can finish the task. Product design adds the earlier decisions: which job the product is for, which workflow is in the first release, and how the design system stays consistent as engineering ships later screens. At Aukark those decisions sit on this page.
