GROW•Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Turn more of your existing traffic into revenue.

Overview

Driving traffic is expensive; wasting it is catastrophic. Our Conversion Rate Optimization process uses data, psychology, and rigorous A/B testing to identify friction points on your website and engineer solutions that dramatically increase your conversion percentage.

Challenges We Solve

High Bounce Rates

Users arriving on your site and leaving immediately because the value proposition is unclear.

Leaky Funnels

High drop-off rates at specific stages of your checkout or lead generation forms.

Subjective Design Changes

Making website changes based on opinions rather than statistical significance, leading to lost revenue.

Our Approach

We replace guesswork with the scientific method. We deploy heatmaps, session recordings, and advanced analytics to identify exact drop-off points. We then formulate hypotheses, design variant pages, and run statistically significant A/B tests to permanently improve your baseline conversion rate.

Quantitative Analytics Audit

Deep diving into GA4 to identify specific pages, devices, or segments causing funnel leakage.

Qualitative UX Research

Utilizing heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings to observe actual user behavior and frustration.

A/B & Multivariate Testing

Engineering and deploying test variants to definitively prove which design or copy yields higher revenue.

What this work actually changes

Conversion rate optimisation makes a defined step more likely, using the visitors you already have. The step is named up front: a form submitted, a call tapped, a booking completed, a product added. You get that step measured, then a change designed to move it.

The work starts with the page and the analytics that already exist. If the analytics are wrong, the first job is to make the count trustworthy: the same form should not be counted twice, and a thank-you view should not fire when the form failed. A test on a broken count is theatre.

Reviews of a live page can happen on a call or at either Gurugram office, with the page open. Aukark was founded on 14 November 2020 and the team is 15 people. Headquarters is DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, on +91 94522 09150. The second office is on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, on +91 78359 61012. A first meeting can be at either office or on a call.

What gets inspected first

On a phone, which is how most local visits arrive, the offer has to be visible without a hunt. The button has to say what happens next. The form should ask only what the next conversation needs. A twelve-field form for a brochure request is a common reason a page looks busy and produces little. Cutting fields is a change you can ship before any multivariate test.

Speed is part of the work when people leave before the page finishes. Images, a chat widget, and a late tag are fixed because they sit between the visitor and the step. You get a page that can be read and finished on a phone.

The message has to match the click that brought the person. An ad about a price, a page about a vague brand story, and a form about a newsletter are three different promises. Alignment is often the highest-leverage change, and it does not require a testing tool.

Tests, and the sentence a result is allowed to use

A test compares two versions of one change, for long enough that the count is not a weekend accident. The hypothesis is written before the test: which element changed, and which step should move. If the step does not move, that is a result. It is reported as 'this change did not show a difference in this period,' not as a failure of the business.

On a smaller site the work is a sequence of clear fixes, shipped one at a time, with the raw counts beside them. You see what changed and how many people took the step in that period, and the next change follows from that reading.

Ganga Tourist, Arte Salon, and Aurafloral are on the work page. Arte Salon is the Gurgaon salon website and performance-marketing write-up. Ganga Tourist and Aurafloral complete the published set. Open them to see the sites this kind of work supports.

How it connects to the rest of the studio

Pages are designed on UI/UX design and built as websites or shops. Paid traffic from Meta is Meta ads. Search is SEO and SEO Company in Gurgaon. Sending more visits to a page that cannot convert wastes the media spend. Fixing the page without any visits also has a limit: you cannot learn from people who are not there. The order of work depends on which problem you actually have.

A useful engagement names the step, the page, the current monthly count if you know it, and the change you are willing to ship. It does not start with a stack of tools. Heatmaps and session recordings are used when they answer a question. They are not a deliverable by themselves.

Websites start from ₹15,000 when the page needs to be rebuilt rather than edited. Testing and rebuilds are priced as the work they are. The proposal names the step, the page, and the change you will ship.

What the first month produces

Week one is the measurement. Confirm the step fires once, on the right page, for a real completion. Week two is the obvious fix: a form that asks for less, a button that names the next step, a headline that matches the ad or the search. Week three is shipping that fix and writing down the raw counts beside the previous period. Week four is a decision: keep the change, revert it, or say the traffic is too thin to judge.

The note reports the period you just ran: the page, the change, and the raw counts beside the previous period. You see what moved and what stayed flat, and the next decision is keep, revert, or gather more visits. A Gurugram service business with a few dozen enquiries a month gets a clear count it can act on.

Bring the page URL, the step you care about, and access to the analytics property you already own. If you have no analytics, the first deliverable is installing a count you trust, not a test. The offices can review the page with you. The page still has to be the live one, not a slide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much traffic do I need to run A/B tests?

To reach statistical significance quickly, we recommend a minimum of 10,000 monthly visitors. For lower-traffic sites, we focus on heuristic UX improvements and macro-changes rather than micro-A/B testing.

What is a good conversion rate?

It varies heavily by industry. E-commerce often averages 2-3%, while B2B lead generation can be 5-10%. Our goal isn't to hit an arbitrary benchmark, but to continuously beat your own historical baseline.
