Mission-critical enterprise software engineered for security, speed, and competitive advantage.
Overview
Off-the-shelf software often forces your business into someone else's workflow. We build bespoke software architectures, internal tooling, ERP/CRM systems, and automation pipelines designed exclusively around your business operations.
Challenges We Solve
Rigid Off-The-Shelf Tools
Commercial SaaS solutions that charge expensive per-user licenses while missing core custom workflows.
Siloed Legacy Systems
Disconnected databases and outdated desktop tools requiring manual data entry and spreadsheet duct tape.
Compliance & Security Concerns
Handling sensitive business or customer data on third-party cloud tools without full governance.
Our Approach
We design software with clean architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and modern microservices or modular monoliths. Every system is built for auditability, role-based security, and high transactional throughput.
Internal Tools & Operational Dashboards
Tailored portals for operations, inventory, finance, logistics, and customer support teams.
Enterprise System Integration & APIs
Connecting ERPs, payment processors, CRMs, and IoT sensors into synchronized data flows.
Cloud Migration & Modernization
Re-architecting legacy applications into containerized cloud services on AWS or Google Cloud.
Technologies
Methodology
Workflow & Data Modeling
Analyzing operational bottlenecks, relational entities, access permissions, and audit requirements.
Core Development & Security Auditing
Iterative development with automated test suites, OWASP vulnerability scans, and code reviews.
Deployment & Team Onboarding
Zero-downtime database migrations, staging verification, and internal staff training.
The Aukark Advantage
Zero recurring per-seat licensing fees
Full ownership of proprietary intellectual property and data
100% customized to your exact operational workflows

Measurable outcomes and verified feedback from partners who trust Aukark to design, build, and scale their digital products.
When the spreadsheet is the real system
Custom software is the tool you build because a bought subscription does not match the work. The usual starting point in a Gurugram office is a spreadsheet that several people edit, a WhatsApp thread that is the audit log, and a desktop program nobody wants to touch. The software replaces a named pain: a handover between two desks, a status that gets lost, or a report that takes a morning to assemble. It is not a reason to rebuild every process on day one.
The first version is the path one role walks most often. If accounts staff reconcile payments, that screen comes before a dashboard for everyone else. If a coordinator assigns jobs, the assignment screen comes before a customer portal. Roles are explicit. Each person sees the fields their job needs.
Internal tools are discussed against the real workflow, which is why an on-site hour at either Gurugram office is often more useful than a slide. Aukark was founded on 14 November 2020 and the team is 15 people. Headquarters is DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, on +91 94522 09150. The second office is on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurugram, on +91 78359 61012. A first meeting can be at either office or on a call.
What belongs in the first release
Write down the records the software must store, who creates them, and who is allowed to change them. A customer, a job, a file, a status. If a record already lives in another system that works, the new software should read it or link to it before anyone proposes a second copy. Two copies of the same customer, edited in two places, is how the spreadsheet problem comes back.
An admin panel is part of the product when staff need it. The published app band of ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 is for a mobile app that includes accounts, payments, and an admin panel. Custom software that is only a browser tool for staff is scoped on its own. Do not treat the app band as a quote for a back office. Do not treat a website starting at ₹15,000 as a quote for workflow software either. The proposal says which one you are buying.
Integrations are listed, not implied. If the tool must send a mail, create an invoice, or open a map link, that is a line in the scope. If it must not store a card number, that is a line too. Payment details stay with the payment provider.
Handover, access, and the month after launch
The repository, the hosting account, and the admin user belong to the client. Aukark's access is removed when the engagement says so. A short note explains how to add a user, how to export the records, and what to do when a screen shows an error. Training is a session on the real screens, not a tour of the technology.
Changes after launch are normal. A status you did not know you needed, a field a regulator asks for, a report the owner wants on Monday. Each change is estimated against the system that exists. The original build is not reopened as unlimited revision.
Published case studies on the work page are Ganga Tourist, Arte Salon, and Aurafloral. They are website and marketing write-ups. Open them to see how the studio records what it shipped, then brief the software from the week your team actually runs.
How to brief the team
A useful brief is a week in the life of the person who will use the tool. What they open first, where they get stuck, and what 'done' looks like before lunch. Screenshots of the current spreadsheet help. A list of fifty features does not. If two departments disagree about a step, that disagreement is the project risk and it should be settled before the build, not during it.
The proposal matches the tool to the work. A subscription is the recommendation when it already covers the workflow. Custom software is the recommendation when a step that product cannot take is the reason to build, or when the cost of extra seats outgrows a simple step. You get that recommendation before a repository is opened.
Related build work lives on web app development and mobile app development. Use those pages when the same records must also be reached from a browser portal or a phone. The Gurugram app overview is App Development Company in Gurgaon.
A worked example of a first slice
Suppose a Gurugram team tracks jobs in a sheet: a customer name, a date, a status, and a note that contradicts the status. The first slice of custom software is that sheet, with one status list everyone agrees, a record of who changed the status, and a view for the person who assigns the job. The note field stays. A second status list for one department waits until the first view has been used for a few weeks.
The acceptance test is a morning the coordinator would recognise. They open the tool, see today's jobs, change one status, and the person doing the job sees the change without a forwarded screenshot. If that loop needs a phone, the phone app is a separate scope on the mobile page, not a surprise inside this quote. If it needs a customer login, that role is named before the build, including what the customer must not see.
Write the statuses in the brief. 'Open, assigned, done, blocked' is enough to price a slice. 'We will figure out the workflow in the sprint' is not. The team of 15 can build the slice. It cannot invent your operations during the sprint and still hit a date you chose before the statuses existed.
