Property pages that match a real inventory
A property site has to show a home, a plot, or a commercial unit that exists, at a price and a location you are willing to say out loud. Aukark builds those pages, the enquiry path, and the admin a salesperson can update when a unit is no longer available. A listing that stays online after the unit is gone wastes the enquiry and the ad spend behind it.
Say whether the inventory is yours, a developer's, or a feed you are allowed to use. If you do not have the right to publish a listing, the page cannot be a deliverable. A brochure PDF is not a feed. Someone still has to turn it into records with a status.
Bring the current inventory, even if it is a sheet, to a meeting at DLF Phase 2 or Golf Course Road. The studio was founded on 14 November 2020. The team is 15 people. Call the DLF Phase 2, Sector 25 headquarters on +91 94522 09150, or the Golf Course Road, Sector 54 office on +91 78359 61012.
Enquiries, site visits, and the phone on the page
The enquiry form should ask for what the next call needs: the unit, the name, the phone, and a time. It should not ask for a life story. The thank-you state should be honest about whether a visit is confirmed. If a person on your team has to call back, say that.
The phone number and the address on the site have to be the phone and the address that answer. Aukark publishes two Gurugram offices with two phones, +91 94522 09150 and +91 78359 61012, because they are two real counters. A developer with a site office and a city office should be equally literal. One Google Business Profile per real place.
Maps and locality pages help a buyer who already knows the corridor they want. Local SEO on SEO and SEO Company in Gurgaon lines the Google Business Profile up with the site office, the phone, and the units you are actually offering.
Ads, creatives, and what a lead is
Meta ads and Google Ads can send a person to a specific unit or a specific project. The page they land on is that unit or that project, with a way to ask for a visit. Creative shows a price you will honour this week, so the click becomes a conversation about that unit.
Define a lead before the campaign. A form submit, a call, or a visit booked. Report that count and the cost of it. Do not report a revenue number you did not record. Conversion work applies once a page has visits and a named step.
Websites start from ₹15,000 for a baseline site. A project site with many units, floor plans, and an inventory status is larger and is proposed from the count of units and the update workflow. No city-wide property-website average is published, so none is stated here.
Published work you can read beside a property brief
The published studies are Ganga Tourist, Arte Salon, and Aurafloral, on the work page. They show how a website, local listings, and a shop were put together. Your property pages get the same care: a real unit, a real price, and an enquiry your salesperson can see.
A customer app for bookings or payments is mobile app development. The bands are ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000, ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000, and ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000, explained on App Development Company in Gurgaon. A property portal for staff is more often a web app than a store app. Web app development is the closer page.
Floor plans and photographs need a source and a right to use them. A render has to be labelled as a render if it is not a photograph of the built unit. That is a content rule, not a legal opinion. Your counsel still owns the legal opinion.
Keeping the inventory true
The person who knows a unit is gone marks it gone in the admin. Choose that editor before you choose the theme. Training is a session on that screen, so the next visitor sees the units that are still available.
After launch, the corrections are prices, a unit that was reserved, and a locality description that overreached. Schedule those edits. A campaign that starts before the inventory is trustworthy spends money on a page you will have to apologise for.
See all industries for the other verticals. Property work fails when the listing and the counter disagree. The rest of the studio, from a team of 15 founded on 14 November 2020, is there to make the page match the counter you have.
One unit, from listing to visit
Pick one unit and walk it as a buyer. Can you tell the price, the location, and whether it is available? Can you ask for a visit without sending documents you should not send on a public form? Can the salesperson mark the unit reserved so the next visitor does not request it? If any answer is no, the site is not ready for ads.
Floor plans need a date or a version if they change. A plan from an old revision, unlabelled, is how a site visit becomes a dispute. Renders are labelled as renders. Photographs are of the unit or the project you say they are of. The studio can place them. The client owns the truth of them.
Locality copy should be checkable. A distance, a road name, a landmark. Avoid a paragraph that could describe any corridor in the city. Buyers who already live in Gurugram notice. The enquiry that follows a vague page is a weaker conversation than the enquiry that follows a specific one.
